Big Data GPOptimizer
This new capability, starting with gpCAM version 8, gives users the power to run Bayesian Optimization and, therefore, autonomous experimentation on large datasets. In Fact, gpCAM holds the current world record for scaling up exact Gaussian Processes. In this example, we show how this works on a moderately sized example of 10,000 data points. If you are using a later version than 8.1.9 there might be some minor changes you have to apply to get this example to run.

Important Notice: Google Colab currently uses an environment with packages that have not been updated in a while. There is a chance they have to be uninstalled before gpCAM can be installed.
If there are clashes with pre-installed package versions in Colab, please use a local runtime.
